Description
- L series sturdy solid mud pump bow. It employs the same design point as the (R) and higher efficiency.
- In the coal washing industry, slurry pump base, due to different working conditions, large coal gangue, easy to plug, slurry pump impeller, the design of slurry pump high demand.
- In general, the slurry concentration is low at 0-15%, 15% - 30% is medium, and more than 30% is generally called high concentration.
- Here, slurry pump is aimed at conveying slurry concentration. In general, heavy pumps require light or neutral liners to be heavy, which increases wear resistance and prolongs overall service life of the pump
- Metal or rubber gaskets and impellers, or combinations of the two, can be interchanged in the same pump for ease of use.
- L cantilever, horizontal and centrifugal pump shafts can be sealed by packing or centrifugal seals.
- Removable cartridge grease bearing assembly can replace pump base at site.
- Special materials include polyurethane, stainless steel, Hastelloy, 276-c, ceramics and various wear-resistant alloys, which can be supplied as required.
